Vintage Piaggio ‘APe’ Bar Cart

Pippa is a proud 3-wheeled member of the Italian Piaggio family, the parent brand of Vespa. After moving to Southern California, this Piaggio Ape was revamped and unveiled as a vintage mobile bar and marketplace.  

Kelly & Dan Patton are the mastermind behind Poplar Provisions. A marketing professional, entrepreneur, and certified bartender, her three worlds collided when Poplar Provisions came to life.

 In her youth, Kelly spent summers on Poplar Street overlooking Lake Michigan.

With such fond memories of poplar trees, it’s no wonder Pippa is made of poplar.  

You name the event, and Pippa will make it one-of-a-kind. She’s a charming addition to weddings, birthday parties, graduations, corporate cocktail hours, fundraisers, class reunions, dinner parties, happy hours, supper clubs, and cooking classes. 

Aside from her work as a mobile bar and craft marketplace, she also doubles as a photo backdrop. Here in the United States, where three-wheeled bars are very rare, she’s an attention-grabbing show-stopper your guests will rave about for years to come.
